It’s a beautiful, fall day at RiverPointe.
A few recent rainstorms have cooled the day time temperatures into the 60s and created some chilly nights. Today, beautiful grey clouds move over the hillside creating a moving pattern of light and shadows.
Fishermen are floating the Snake River in their boats during one of the biggest salmon runs in recent history. Down at the Bird Sanctuary, a couple has their binoculars set on some distant point, watching for bald eagles, or perhaps some other bird migrating through the area. Mule deer are roaming the hillside above the development, keeping an eye on me and my dog, ready to bolt if we head their direction.
