About the Area

RiverPointe is a unique residential development sitting at the gateway to Hells Canyon, with spectacular views of the Snake River where it still runs free. The development lies within the city limits of Asotin, once a winter camping, hunting, and fishing spot for the Nez Perce Indians, who described the area as having "no wind, no snow." Although officially part of the city, and benefiting from city water, sewer, and utilities, RiverPointe lies on the border, and overlooks the wild, pristine portion of the Snake River canyon.

Just a few miles from Asotin lie the cities of Clarkston, Washington, and Lewiston, Idaho, sister cities separated by the Snake River. The mild temperatures make this valley the perfect place to enjoy year-round golf, boating, hunting, and fishing. RiverPointe is located within a 15-minute drive of a major airport, and is 110 miles south of Spokane, Washington.
